The big idea:

“There is something wonderful about a truly ‘bad film’ – whether it’s the head-scratching dialogue, the shoddy special effects or acting that would not look out of place in a nursery school’s nativity play.”  Bristol’s very own Bad Film club had its first sell out screening in August of this year, showing Ed Wood’s Plan 9 from Outer Space.  The club has already created a buzz around the city with The Bristol Post raving about it on thefront cover of their weekend magazine and completely selling out its first screening.  Tim Popple and Timon Singh are the mastermind behind the venture and have doubled their Karma by not only bringing an amazing night to the people of Bristol but by also donating the £210.56 from the evening to Awamu – working with HIV+ childre in Uganda to give them the opportunity of an education.
